Step 1: Patient has teleconsultation with the doctor or requests for medication top-up.

Step 2: Doctor e-prescribes via WellAway platform.

Step 3: Pharmacy staff prepares the medication and arranges for delivery.

Step 4: Medication is delivered to patient’s address.

Step 5: Verification via a 4-digit PIN is carried out before the medication is handed over to the patient.

Step 6: Pharmacy staff provides medication counselling when required.
