Account-related
I am a doctor but I don't have a business or clinic. Can I use WellAway Online Pharmacy?
Yes! If you have a valid SMC license, you can register with us and prescribe for personal use.
Can I buy small quantities of medicines for personal use?
We are able to supply loose tablets and break pack! If you have specific requirements, please contact 8725 8393 for enquiries.
How will medicines be delivered?
- Non-cold chain items are transported between 15°C and 25°C (kept away from heat and moisture), and are secured in vehicle to protect against spillage and breakage during transit.
- Cold chain items, such as probiotics, are packed in shipper containers that have been rigorously validated to keep temperature between 2°C and 8°C for more than 12 hours.
What are the charges payable for my orders?
You will only be billed for medicines fees and delivery fees, no additional charges involved! Please refer to the prescribing platform for the latest medicines fees and delivery fees according to selected options.
Can I purchase medicines at discounted prices?
Our medicines are sold at wholesaler prices. As medicines are supplied in loose packing and individual quantities, bulk discounts are not applicable. If you wish to purchase in large quantities, please contact 8725 8393 for enquiries.
Can I use WellAway for my business or clinic patients?
Yes! Feel free to register a business account with us by selecting “Business Use”
Payments-related
What are the payment methods for my prescriptions?
A payment link will be generated for each order, which can be sent to the intended payor for credit card payments. We currently do not accept other forms of payment for personal accounts.
The payment link has expired. Can I generate the link again?
You can generate a new payment link from the “Prescription History” > See Prescription Details > “Generate Payment Link”
How do I know if payment has been made for the prescription?
You may check the payment status under “Prescription History”.
If payment is not made, the status will be “PENDING_PAYMENT”
If payment is completed, the status will be “PRESCRIBED“
What happens if payment has not been made for my prescription?
We apologise that we are unable to process prescriptions before payment confirmation.
